The challenge
Rahedeen manufactures and wholesales kids' clothing to shops and foreign buyers. Sales, stock, deliveries, staff attendance, salaries and accounts were spread across spreadsheets, notebooks and memory, and transactions were regularly missed.
What I built
I built a single operations app that automates the company from end to end: staff check in, sales and stock update together, couriers are tracked, salaries are calculated and every transaction lands in the books, with a mobile app for staff on the move.
