The challenge
Local job boards were little more than listing pages. Employers still managed applicants in email and spreadsheets, and candidates had no easy way to build a proper CV in their own language.
What I built
I built a complete hiring platform covering both sides of the market: fast bilingual search for candidates, and a full applicant-tracking workflow for employers, from screening questions to video interviews.
